ONLINE FILE COMPRESSOR METHOD
http://resizeimage.net/
-upload the picture
-go to step 4
-unclick keep aspect ratio
-changed the pixels to 90 by 90
-go all the way to the bottom & click resize image

PHOTOSHOP METHOD
-Find an image that would fit well, reduced to a small square
-Resize to 82 x 82 pixels
-Save as gif for easy file compression

-select user control panel
-profile
-edit avatar
